3Wishes Return Policies
At 3Wishes, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and easy as possible. While we pride ourselves on our quality and the control checks we have in place, we do understand that sometimes a return is in order. If you aren’t satisfied with your products we do allow for returns or exchanges on eligible merchandise within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery*.
*Costumes must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

Halloween Return Policy:Any costume or costume accessory purchased between September 19 to November 1 may be returned for store credit or a direct size exchange for the same costume, only. There are absolutely no refunds on costumes or costume accessories between this timeframe. All Items must adhere to the policy below to be accepted back:
- All items must be sent back within 30 (thirty) days from the date your package was delivered.
- Costumes must be sent back within 14 (fourteen) days from the date your package was delivered.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. All shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Stockings, bodystockings, panties, beauty products, cosmetics, pasties, and wigs are non-returnable.
- Any shipping charges you pay are not refundable upon receipt.
- If your item is not accepted, it will be shipped back at cost to you.
- We allow for one return per order. We do not accept multiple returns at different times for one order.
Lingerie and Apparel Return Policy:Non-Sale Items – Refunds or size exchanges will be given once the product is returned to 3Wishes. We will provide you with a standard return shipping label at no additional cost.Clearance and Sale Items – We can not allow for refunds or exchanges on clearance or sale items. Clearance and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.How to Return Product:
As mentioned above, all costumes are only eligible for store credit or size exchange during the Halloween window of September 19th through November 1st. To return an item, first email us by clicking here to start the process. Costumes purchased during the Halloween window as described above can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size.
If your return is approved, you will be provided a link to our returns platform. When returning your items, please repack your items securely in either the poly-mailer you received your order in or you may use an alternate box or bag. Please print your pre-paid return label and affix it to your package. You must cover or remove any original shipping information or your package could be at risk of being lost or rejected. From there, you can schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, or at your local post office.
Need a different size? No problem! We offer free shipping and no fees! Please note, we allow for one exchange per order. Exchanges are final sale. Exchanges are not eligible for a return/refund if they still do not fit.
Try Before You Buy Return Policy
1. Once your order is confirmed as delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your account.2. Click ‘Process Returns’ and select the ’Return’ button.3. Don’t forget to select a reason for any returns!4. Hit continue when you’re ready. – If you don’t want to return your item, you can process the payment by clicking continue marking the item as ‘Keep’ and the payment and order will be processed. 5. If you are processing a return for your order, print the pre-paid return shipping label provided to you via email and attach it to your return package (if you don’t have the original packaging, you can use any box).6. Drop off your return package to the closest post office or designated shipping facility and we’ll handle the rest!7. Once the return package is dropped off and scanned in, the payment for the kept items will be processed if necessary.- If the entire order is returned, then no additional payment is processed.8. Once the return package is received at our fulfillment center, the order will be confirmed and completed.
