Children’s hospital wish list

Thank you for considering Nationwide Children’s Hospital for your donation!

Child Life and Psychosocial services throughout the hospital work hard to be creative in meeting the wide variety of needs of patients and their families. You can help our patients and families by donating from a registry of items carefully curated by the team. Items on our wish list include educational toys, games, and other items.

Your gifts from our Wish List can be accepted via USPS, UPS, Amazon, FedEx, or by drop off. Gifts received that are not included on the approved list(s) of items may be redirected to a Nationwide Children’s community partner that can more appropriately share the gift with a child. Items from the wish list can be purchased from any retailer – not exclusively from Amazon.

Donation Instructions

Preparing for drop-off: For the safety of our team, we ask that donations are dropped off in boxes that are closed and are of a size that can be managed by one person.

  • 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fridays

If you are bringing a large donation (more than would fit in a standard car) please call (614) 722-4277 in advance to make an appointment for your drop off.

Please note that due to infection control and privacy issues, we do not have opportunities for donors to personally distribute donations to patients and families.

Let us do the shopping

Child Life and PsychoSocial services throughout the hospital work hard to be creative in meeting the wide variety of needs of patients and their families. There is a great need for funding to purchase toys, art project materials, and items patients and families utilize most.

Your monetary donation allows the teams to optimize the value of your donation when purchasing items that fulfill unique needs for development, special populations, and infectious disease control. Items not often found in stores.
