Mayor Jimmy Davis Welcomes You to Bayonne
Mayor Jimmy Davis is thrilled to announce that Bayonne will be hosting its fourth annual food truck festival on Saturday, May 6, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. This much-anticipated event will showcase the culinary talents of the best food trucks in the region. Whether you’re a Bayonne resident or a visitor from a neighboring community, this festival is the perfect opportunity to indulge in a wide array of delicious cuisines.
A Gastronomic Adventure on Avenue E
The festival will take place on Avenue E, between 22nd and 24th Streets. As you stroll through the vibrant street, you’ll be enveloped in the tantalizing aromas of food trucks, tents, and tables. With vendors offering a diverse range of mouthwatering dishes from various cultures, your taste buds are in for a treat.
Vendors Galore
Prepare to be wowed by the fantastic lineup of participating vendors. From the delectable creations of House of Cupcakes and Horman’s Best Pickles to the savory delights of Twisted Steaks and The Little Sicilian, your options are endless. Indulge in the scrumptious offerings of NYC Mack Truck, Cubano X-Press, and Angry Archies. And don’t forget to satisfy your sweet tooth with treats from Just Delicious Kettlecorn, Cold Stone Creamery, and Chava’s Empanadas. These are just a few of the incredible vendors who will be serving up their culinary masterpieces at the festival.
More Than Just Food
While exceptional food takes center stage, the festival offers much more. Bring the kids along and let them enjoy thrilling rides and create sand art. For the adults, there will be a beer and wine garden, where you can unwind and savor a refreshing drink while enjoying the lively atmosphere.
Groove to the Music
Get ready to tap your feet and sway to the rhythm of live music. Two amazing bands will be performing throughout the day. Who Brought the Dog, a New Jersey-based group, will rock the stage with their energetic renditions of classic rock hits. From The Doors to AC/DC and Bruce Springsteen, they cover it all. White Wing, based in Wall Township, will captivate you with their timeless classic rock sound and original compositions. They recently released their single, “For Your Life,” dedicated to the innocent lives lost in the war in Ukraine. Prepare for a musical journey that will keep you entertained for hours.
