Step 3: Enter Your Special Codes

Head over to TopsMarkets.com and enter your special codes. By doing so, you’ll receive digital coupons, instant prizes, railroads, or luxury properties like BoardWalk or Park Place. Collect all four different railroads and you’ll win $10. If you manage to collect both luxury properties, you’ll win $25!

Feel free to wait until you have a bunch of entries to mail. There is no limit to the number of Second Chance entries you can submit.
